The CentOS Docs SIG held a half-day CentOS Doc Day at Flock. Seven of us sat in a room and worked on the documentation, as well as the ongoing work on website refresh. Here are a few highlights of the work.

• We started the process of merging docs.centos.org and sigs.centos.org, using the mkdocs-based workflow already in use on sigs.centos.org. As part of this effort, we created the project-docs and quick-docs repository to work on our docs in markdown.
• We started work on converting the existing Contributors Guide to the new docs system, taking notes of where it needs work in the process.
• We reviewed the Hyperscale docs.
• We worked on bringing over some of the SIG content from the decommissioned wiki to the SIG Guide.
• We continued work on revamping the website, including highlighting SIG work.
• We worked on ensuring the docs tools we need are packaged correctly in Fedora.
